Hi, I’m Ria! Founder and creative director of Dieci. There’s a certain level of trust that comes with inviting someone into a business you’ve worked hard to build. I understand that firsthand, and it’s something we take seriously at Dieci. Our clients deserve more than great creative work. They deserve thoughtful collaboration, honest communication, and a team that understands the responsibility of representing their business.
Dieci was born out of a love for the creative world in all its forms. I’ve never been particularly good at choosing just one thing to be, dating back to when I was young enough to apply to Parsons and somehow misspell Parsons on my application. To whoever read that, I promise I cared.
Over the years, what started as a personal pursuit has grown into a team shaped by different perspectives, shared standards, and a genuine commitment to the work. We’ve built our experience across industries, strengthened our process, and gotten (simply put lol) really good at what we do.
